My favorite part is the teeth, by far! And the grain in the leaves as well. When I saw it at first, it reminded me of Audrey II, so I thought "Je deteste" meant "Feed me" I don't know French at all XD
Superbly detailed and stylized. I love the linework and expression. Great form. The teeth are awesome. I took French way back when, as did my brothers.

I LOVE the French language, but I've always hated French class. never had a good teacher in it, and I hate the memorization drills and stupid acronyms (I don't think that's the word I'm looking for).
Also, while your backgrounds are probably approximately the sickest thing around, I do love the starkness of just the page and the drawing.

Yeah, the reason I quit ultimately (I took one extra year) was because of my teacher. She was...um...well she wasn't a bad person, but she was a bad teacher. I think that it was just inexperience on her part. I didn't mind doing the drills and things, because I had a teacher that did those in math every, damn, day, but now I know my times tables up to eleven off by heart backwards and forwards . Which has been useful, seeing as a lot of kids my age (that I've met) can't do that.
HAha, thanks The weird thing about backgrounds is that I don't even hate them or anything...I just don't do. It seems that my default is dead-space management.</endbabble>
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Where lonely angels sing you to your sleep.
Though all the world is broken.

I love teeth. Sraight pearly whites are boring. And frankly, they freak me out a bit because you can tell when people have had extensive work done.
